Generally speaking, accessing information on the site or through it doesn't require any personal data, such as name, postal address, e-mail address, etc.

Exceptionnally, additional services (request for information, booking, member space, subscription to a newsletter, etc.) might require the user to provide some personal information, like basic contact details. In that case, the user will be notified prior data collection and his data  will be handled in compliance with the essential requirements and other relevant provisions of the Belgian Act of December 8, 1992 on privacy protection.

  • The user has the right to consult personal data relating to him to verify their accuracy and where necessary, to correct them.  For this purpose, you can contact the person in charge of data processing,  whose contact details appear below.
  • The regional authorities ensure implementation of the best security measures in order to avoid any personal data abuse by third parties.

Browsing information processed for statistical purposes

When a user accesses the site, the servers used automatically collect the following data :

  • the platform and/or the operating system running on the PC;
  • the search engine and the key words used to find the site.

This information is collected for the sole purpose of counting the number of visitors, knowing which sections of the site were visited and improving it.
