Customer data (on premise or cloud topology) 

Silicon Brain never accesses nor collects your data managed by the Silicon brain ERP software.
When debugging is required, customers must send their data, on their own volition, through the installer/reseller and those data are destroyed immediately upon completion of the requested debugging analysis.

Licence management data 

All data managed in the Silicon Brain ERP software are property of the customer except for the data used to manage the software license.
License management data are only records about applications, modules, stations, users licensed and records about activity logs about these data.
Silicon Brain never collects other data than this listed license management data.
This license management data collected is only used for license control, never for marketing reason.
This license management data collected is encrypted to avoid hacking. No subcontractor or third party have access to this information.

Database encryption, security

To prevent hacking, by default, strategic tables are encrypted.
Encryption Default engine is 160 bits industry standard RC4 .
Ask your installer/reseller to extend the range of the encryption.
Ask your installer to reinforce security with AES 128/256/512 bits encryption.
