Silicon Brain is a publisher of standard software package for global management of companies. The suite called "Silicon Master" is an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) which makes it possible to manage all services of a company : logistics and commercial management (business supply chain and sales chain; stock and warehouse management), production, project, dossier, affair follow-up, maintenance, after-sales service, multi-warehouse and localization stock management (WMS) ,batch, serial number, traceability, document management , marketing, ... Standard equipped with a MRP (Materials and Manufacturing requirements planning) engine, a CRP (Capacity requirements planning) engine, a JIT (Just in Time) engine and a MPS (master production schedule) engine, the package generates automatically the purchase, production, maintenance and service proposals and orders. Interactive sessions present interactive Gantt charts in real time with load and finite of infinite capacity diagrams. It also manages PERT planning. The package runs on Windows with a client/server database type (2-tier and 3-tier). It includes standard interfaces for barcode for the products follow-up and for the registering times on operations. It is interfaced with the leader tool in reporting and data analysis (EIS) : " Crystal Reports ". The BOM (bills of materials) and routings management is very powerful: No levels limit, mathematical formulations (conditional BOMs and routings ), versions and revisions management on two levels (ISO design and validation procedure, advanced products configurator) . The ERP package is suited for small and medium-sized enterprises and the provided interface is multilingual (french, dutch, english, german).

De software-suite « Silicon Master » is een ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) – software, die de werking in de volgende domeinen dekt : Commercieel Beheer , Productie-Beheer , Werf-opvolging , Naverkoop-dienst , Onderhouds-Beheer , Multi-Magazijn Stockbeheer, Tracabiliteit op Loten- en Serienummer-niveau , Document-Beheer... Standaard motoren voor MRP (Material Requirement Planning) en JIT (Just in Time Planning) genereren automatisch Productie-Orders/Voorstellen, Aankoop-Bonnen/Voorstellen, en Onderhouds-Opdrachten/Voorstellen. Op scherm kan men interactief en in real-time « Gantt-diagrammen » (en de bijhorende ladings-curven) beheren. De software is een Windows-toepassing op basis van een Client/Server data-base. Standaard-interfaces voor barcodering kunnen worden opgeroepen voor materiaal-opvolging en tijds-puntering (aanwezigheids-tijd, en productieve tijd). De standaard rapportgenerator « Crystal Reports » is overal ingewerkt en laat (zeer) krachtige en flexibele rapportering toe (met inbegrip van grafische voorstellingen en real-time kruistabellen). Materiaal-lijsten (Nomenclatuur, Bill of material, BOM…) en werk-lijsten (Gamma, Routing, Bill of Labor, BOL…) zijn hierarchisch op onbeperkt aantal niveaus, kunnen programmeerbare (conditionele) sprongen aan, en beheren revisies op 2 niveaus (ISO-procedure voor concept en validatie). Een doorgedreven product-configurator is overal toegankelijk waar artikels worden beheerd. « Silicon Master » is speciaal ontwikkeld voor gebruik op KMO-niveau, en bestaat nu in drie talen: Frans (French), Nederlands (Dutch) en Engels (English).
 
Silicon-brain est un éditeur de logiciels standards de gestion globale d’entreprise. La suite de logiciels appelée « Silicon Master » est un E.R.P (Enterprise Ressource Planning) qui permet de gérer ces différentes parties : gestion commerciale, gestion de production (G.P.A.O.), suivi de chantier, service après vente, gestion de maintenance (G.M.A.O.), gestion de stock multi magasin, gestion par lots et par pièces et gestion documentaire. Équipé en standard d’un moteur M.R.P. (Material Requirement Planning) et J.I.T. (Just in Time / Juste à Temps), il génère les ordres de fabrication, d’achat et de maintenance automatiquement. Des écrans présentent des diagrammes interactifs de « Gantt » en temps réel avec les courbes de charge. Les logiciels fonctionnent sous Windows avec une base de données de type Client/Serveur. Les logiciels ont des interfaces standards pour faire du barcodage (barcode ou codebar) autant pour le suivi des matières que pour les pointages temps sur opérations. Ces logiciels sont interfacés avec un outil de reporting (Générateur de rapports, d’impressions et de graphiques) très puissant : « Crystal Reports ». La gestion des nomenclatures (Bill of material, B.O.M.) et des gammes opératoires (Routing) est très puissante : Pas de limite dans les niveaux, Formulation mathématique (nomenclatures et gammes conditionnelles), gestion des révisions à deux niveaux (procédure ISO de conception et de validation et configurateur de produits évolué. Ces logiciels sont adaptés au PME (P.M.E.) et existent en trois langues : Français (French), Néerlandais (Nederland, Dutch) et Anglais (English).
